Tell us briefly what you do and what you want. Within two working days you get a confirmation and the fixed price, in writing.

You send your texts, photos and logo. For a redesign we take the content from your current site ourselves. From there, it's on us.

You get a private link to your fully working site. Click through it on your phone and laptop. We handle one list of remarks for free.

The rules

Fair is fair. Here's how it works.

  1. Fixed price, agreed up frontBefore we start, you get the price in writing: € 975 for a new site (Start), from € 725 for a redesign (Fresh look). Excl. VAT. That price won't change.
  2. No down paymentYou pay nothing until you've decided. The usual 50% down payment and the € 99 template trial don't apply to this offer.
  3. One round of remarks includedYou send one list with all your remarks; we handle them. Only then do we ask for your decision.
  4. Decide within 14 daysOnce the finished version is ready you have 14 days to say yes or no. If we don't hear from you, we take it as a no, and you pay nothing.
  5. Yes? You pay and your site goes liveWe send the invoice. Once it's paid we put your site on your own domain. Hosting, domain and maintenance are € 30 a month, only from then on.
  6. No? You pay nothingWe take the preview offline and delete your texts and photos. Design and code stay ours: you don't get them and we don't publish them.
  7. Content within 14 daysYour spot is held for 14 days. If the content doesn't arrive, we give the spot to someone else (you're welcome to sign up again later).
  8. Once per business, max. 5 a monthWhen a month is full, you move to the next one. The offer runs until 31 December 2026. Webshops and complex integrations are excluded; we'll tell you straight away.
FAQ

Too good to be true?

What's the catch?

There isn't one. We build fast thanks to AI and finish everything with craftsmanship, and most people who see their new site want to keep it. That's a risk we're happy to take. That's also why we limit the offer to 5 new projects a month.

What do I pay if I don't want the site?

Nothing. No down payment, no cancellation fee, no small print. We take the preview offline and you won't hear from us again unless you want to.

Do I get the files if I don't buy?

No. Design and code stay ours until you pay. Your texts and photos are of course always yours: we never use them anywhere else and delete them if you pass.

How much is it if I keep the site?

The fixed price we agree in writing up front: € 975 excl. VAT for a new website (Start), from € 725 excl. VAT for a redesign of your existing site. Hosting, domain and maintenance are € 30 a month, only once your site goes live.

What happens to my current site during the redesign?

It simply stays online. We build your new version on a separate, private test link. Only once you say yes and have paid do we switch over.

Can I go for the Complete package, with photo shoot and copywriting?

Of course, but it isn't part of this offer: an on-site photo shoot can't be undone. You can, however, have the site built for free with your own material first, and add a photo shoot or copywriting afterwards.

Does this work for a multilingual site too?

Yes. Each extra language is € 125 and is included in the price we agree up front. Same rule: not happy, don't pay.
