How does it work?
Our server regularly checks the public HEP ODS “Bez struje” page for the areas you follow – today and the next three days. As soon as a new outage appears, we email you the place, streets and times. If an outage disappears from the list or its time changes, we tell you that too.
Is this a HEP service?
No. This is an unofficial, free service by j-consulting with no connection to HEP. Only the information on hep.hr is authoritative. We can’t guarantee every alert arrives on time or that the list is complete – faults, for instance, are usually not announced in advance.
How many emails will I get?
One as soon as an outage is announced and, if you like, a short reminder every morning until the day itself. You can turn reminders off in the settings. When nothing is announced in your areas, we send nothing.
Which field unit should I pick?
Same as on hep.hr: first the distribution area (e.g. Elektra Šibenik), then the field unit (e.g. Drniš). Only interested in your village or street? Type its name in the filter and we’ll only send you those outages.
Privacy and your data
We only store your email address, the areas you follow, your language and a list of the alerts we sent – solely to send you these alerts. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We never sell or share your data; it is kept on our server in the EU. Unconfirmed addresses are deleted after two days. You can withdraw consent at any time – with one click in every email, or here with “Delete all my data”; we then delete everything. You have the right of access, rectification and erasure, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Croatia AZOP, in Belgium the GBA/APD).
